• to create and manage your account and provide the Service;
• to operate, maintain, and improve the App Center and its features;
• for security, fraud prevention, and to protect the Service and our users;
• to provide customer support and respond to your requests; and
• to send service-related communications and, where permitted, marketing.

3. Legal bases

Where applicable law requires a legal basis, we rely on: performance of our contract with you (to provide the Service); our legitimate interests (to secure and improve the Service); your consent (for example, certain marketing or non-essential cookies); and compliance with legal obligations.

4. How we share your data

VibeOS does not sell, rent, or otherwise disclose personal data to third parties for their own marketing or commercial purposes. We share personal data only with a limited set of trusted recipients when it is strictly necessary to operate, secure, and support the Service, or when we are legally obligated to do so.

• Operational service providers and subprocessors — carefully vetted vendors that provide hosting, database infrastructure, analytics, customer support tooling, and other technical services essential to delivering and maintaining the App Center.
• Stripe, our payment processor, which handles payment processing, subscription management, and invoicing on our behalf. Stripe receives only the transaction and billing data required to fulfill these obligations.
• Professional advisers — independent legal, accounting, and compliance professionals bound by confidentiality, engaged where their expertise is necessary to protect our rights or meet regulatory requirements.
• Regulatory and judicial authorities — when disclosure is required by applicable law, court order, or governmental request, or when necessary to protect the safety, rights, or property of VibeOS, our users, or the public.

All third parties with whom we share data are contractually obligated to use it solely for the specific purpose for which it was provided and to maintain appropriate security safeguards.

5. Data retention

We keep personal data only for as long as necessary to provide the Service, comply with our legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements. When data is no longer needed, we delete or anonymize it.

6. International transfers

If we transfer personal data outside your country or region (for example, outside the UK/EEA), we put appropriate safeguards in place, such as standard contractual clauses or reliance on an adequacy decision.
